Our machines operate day and night: they range from 1 lathe with 2-ton bar loader to 2 duplex lathes – ideal for special or unique pieces and complex radii – up to 3 parallel lathes for lengths from 0 to 3 meters.

Lathing tools
The lathing process takes its name from the instrument that performs it, the lathe.
The process is used to obtain spherical, conical and cylindrical surfaces on revolving products: the part is anchored and a spindle is set in rotation, while the cutting tool moves along the piece to give it the desired shape.
The products of the lathe exhibit a number of particular features such as holes of differing diameter, threading, grooves, contoured surfaces and so on.

Systems such as ours, which enable us to process different types of surfaces with a single tooling operation, producing even highly articulated structures, have the ability to reduce both timing and margin of error.
