We manage a level of precision of 0.005 thousandths of a millimeter, which we can do thanks to numerical control machines that operate on 3 and 5 axes of continuous motion.

The know-how we have acquired in years of working in the milling sector enables our company to perform processes that respond more than ever to the highest standards of quality, fundamental to satisfy our customers in full.

The precision of our workmanship is ideal even when operating on small runs of pieces made to measure.

Our machines

1 Serrtech: 5-axis work center consisting of a tilting head with electrical spindle at 15,000 rpm and continuous-spinning rotary table with a diameter of 800.

Machine strokes: X3000 Y800 Z800.

Machine language: FANUC 31L model B5 with programming via 3D ALPHACAM 2017 solid-modeling software.

Cutter motion and feed motion

In the milling of metals, removal of excess material is achieved thanks to the cutting motion imposed by the machine which acts on the piece that also moves (and in this case we are speaking of feed motion) to enable the tool to remove the excess material.
